What we collect and why

• Your first name, email, date, time and place of birth. We use them to calculate your birth chart, show your Big 3 and create your free PDF reading.
• Your calculated chart (planet positions, signs, houses). Stored so we can write personal astrology emails for you.
• Your consent (date, time and version of the consent text) and a one-way encrypted code of your IP address, to prevent abuse and prove your consent.
• Simple statistics such as page views, confirmations and PDF downloads, without cookies and without third-party tracking.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection). You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.

Emails

We use double opt-in: you only receive emails after you confirm your address. You can unsubscribe with one click in every email.

Where your data is stored

Our website, database and email are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. Data is processed on their servers under a data processing agreement. Fonts and all scripts are served from our own server. We do not sell or share your data.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted automatically after 7 days. Confirmed data is kept until you unsubscribe and ask us to delete it, or until we close the service.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you can complain to a data protection authority. Just email hello@sixera.de.
